Contact Us
Before you write
Whenever you contact us, the usefulness of the reply depends almost entirely on the detail you include. State which casino or page you are asking about, and if your question concerns a bonus, a payment or an account issue, name the specific promotion, transaction or screen you saw. Screenshots are welcome where words fall short. The more precise the context, the less back-and-forth the conversation needs.
If you are reporting an error on the website itself — a broken link, an outdated wagering requirement, a game that no longer loads — tell us where you found it and what you expected to see instead. A short description of the path you took to reach the page helps us locate the fault quickly.
What happens to your message
Information you send through the form is read by the editorial team only. It is not shared with any casino operator, affiliate partner or third party, and it is not used for marketing. We keep the details long enough to resolve your query and to follow up if necessary, then we remove them. Anything you mark as confidential stays that way.
Where your message concerns a specific casino, we may pass the substance of the complaint to the operator on your behalf, but only if you ask us to. We will never forward your contact details or your account information without explicit permission.
Feedback that shapes the site
Comments about the website itself are read separately from support requests and are logged against the page they refer to. Patterns across multiple messages — several readers flagging the same outdated term, the same slow payout report, the same unresponsive live chat — are what prompt us to revisit a review and re-check the facts. A single message is never enough to change a rating, but it is enough to start an investigation.
You do not need to include your name or any contact information if you only want to point out an error. Anonymous corrections are acted on exactly the same way as signed ones.
What we cannot answer
We are an independent review site, not the casino. We cannot reset passwords, unlock accounts, reverse transactions or intervene in a dispute with a operator. If your message asks us to act on your behalf with a casino, we will explain what you need to do yourself and, where possible, point you to the correct procedure. We also cannot give legal advice about gambling law or your individual tax position.
Messages that concern responsible gambling are treated with particular care. If you mention self-exclusion, deposit limits or time-out tools, we will direct you to the casino's own controls and, if you ask, to independent support organisations that operate outside the site. We do not judge, and we do not pass judgement on any gambling behaviour described in a message.
